The end of the project is usually not the end for Savvy \u2014 we assist in change management and post-implementation review as a standard part of the engagement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Project Initiation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We agree contractual terms and expectations with the client and define a collective roadmap. This includes drafting the Statement of Work and Project Plan, finalising scope, identifying team resources, obtaining approvals, setting up the project environment, and conducting kickoff and team orientation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Implementation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implementation begins immediately after client management approval \u2014 with mobilisation to site and commencement of work as stipulated in the project workflow.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ongoing Project Management<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Savvy Project Manager works closely with the client&#8217;s Project Manager \u2014 creating and maintaining the project plan, documenting issues and solutions, conducting scheduled review sessions, and distributing status reports to stakeholders.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Completion &amp; Handover<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Test running, physical handover of all work done with briefing, and transition support.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality Policy<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the policy of Savvy to provide our clients with products and services which conform to all specified requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
